Position: Loan Operations Officer
Division: Investment Banking Operations
Business Unit:Loan Operations
Purpose of position
Functional Responsibility
-The jobholder is responsible for bid payments, trade matching/settlement, doc tracking/safe custody, funding, regulatory reporting, Foreign Exchange applications, cash and position reconciliations, tax/expense payments etc.
-Support Loan Ops Shanghai and Guangzhou as and when required on a regular basis, and act as a back up when team members in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai are on leave.
-Keep updated on the process and banking regulations in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing.
Other Responsibility
-Manage projects or tasks assigned by the Head of China and Regional Loans Management from time to time.
-Take care of the CRCS(Credit Registration and Consultant System)Bulletin Board of PBOC Beijing and distribute such official notices to Compliance.
-Loan Ops supports various business lines of the Bank in loans, trade products, cash management and FX.
-Maintain a close relationship with the business units and is responsible for interfacing with other operational units to ensure that a high quality of service is provided, to both internal and external customers.
