Receptionist-2 Years Contractor (Fulltime Employment)
Responsibilities:
1. Front desk handling;
2. Visitor reception;
3. Meeting room reservation;
4. Mails / FAX / Message/Express & Shipment;
5. Facility & equipment maintenance;
6. Environment maintenance;
7. Office supplies order and prepare;
8. Staff travel booking -flights/train, hotels etc.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate from university or college.
2. Good English, both oral and written;
3. At least 1 year experience in administrative field, working in multi-national company would be preferred;
4. Skills - Good PC skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop etc.
