Position: Intern
Department: Human Resources, HQ


Main Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the department head where needed;
2. Coordinate department activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operations.
3. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background documents as necessary.
4. Provide follow up to assignments, generate tracking / status report on regular basic.
5. Draft or prepare various documents and presentations by using proper applications.


Competencies and Qualifications Desired
1.
Proficient in both oral and written English -TEM8
2.
Team player, detail oriented, patient, good communication skills.
3.
Feel comfortable to deal with daily admin works and provide assistance to the team.
4.
Able to work at least 4 days/week for 5 months, can start to work as soon as possible.
5.
The students who will graduate in Y2013 is a must
